Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Botxio, a product of Shootbulk Global Communications Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for our subscriptions, add-ons, and services.

1. General Policy

  • Botxio is a subscription-based SaaS platform.
    All purchases made on the platform are considered final, except under specific conditions outlined below.
    We encourage users to test features using:
      Free trial (if available)
      Demo call with our product expert

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be issued ONLY in the following cases:
  • 2.1. Duplicate Payment
  • If you are charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • 2.2. Payment Charged After Cancellation
  • If your subscription was cancelled properly but you were still billed, we will refund the unintended charge.
  • 2.3. Technical Issues Preventing Usage
  • A refund may be approved if:
    1. ● A platform-wide outage or issue prevented usage, and
    1. ● Our support team could not resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Note: User-side issues (internet, device, blocked APIs, misconfigured channels) do not qualify
  • 2.4. Unauthorized Transaction
  • If a payment was made without your authorization and proper evidence is provided.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for:
  • 3.1. Change of mind
  • 3.2. “I didn’t use the service” after purchasing
  • SaaS billing is based on access, not usage.
  • 3.3. Misuse or violation of WhatsApp/Facebook/Telegram/API policies
  • If your channel is banned due to policy violations, no refund applies.
  • 3.4. Failure to configure integrations
  • (WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Facebook, website chat widget, CRMs, etc.)
  • 3.5. Delays caused by third-party providers
  • WhatsApp API approvals, Meta review delays, or downtime from integrated platforms.
  • 3.6. Custom setups, onboarding, development, or one-time fees
  • These are strictly non-refundable.
  • 3.7. Recurring subscription renewals already billed
  • Unless cancelled before the renewal date, renewals are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time inside your Botxio dashboard or by emailing support@botxio.com.
  • After cancellation:
      ● Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle
      ● You will not be billed again
      ● No prorated refunds are issued

5. Billing Cycles & Renewals

    1. ● Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
      ● You are responsible for managing your renewal settings.
      ● Reminder emails may be sent, but not guaranteed

6. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, email us at:
  • support@botxio.com
  • Please include:
    1. ● Registered email
      ● Invoice or transaction ID
      ● Reason for the refund
      ● Supporting screenshots (if applicable)
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to:
  • support@botxio.com
  • Please include:
    1. ● Immediate account suspension
      ● Blocking of future use of the platform
      ● Legal steps if fraudulent activity is suspected
  • We strongly encourage resolving billing issues with us directly.
