4. Use of Services

• You grant us permission to process your data only to deliver and improve the platform. You retain ownership of your Customer Data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

• Botxio integrates with WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and CRMs. You must follow their terms. We are not responsible for suspensions caused by misuse.

7. Subscription, Payments & Billing

• Paid features require active subscriptions. Payments are secure and non-refundable unless legally required. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds apply only under conditions stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform content is owned by Shootbulk Global Communications Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any IP.

10. AI Use & Limitations

• AI responses may not always be accurate. You are responsible for validating critical information.

11. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free service. Features may change without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

• You agree to indemnify the company for misuse, violations, or claims arising from your use of the platform.
